I have lived and worked in the Texas Hill Country with over 25 years of healthcare experience. I have been practicing as a psychiatric nurse practitioner since 2019 treating individuals in various settings. What do we offer?
Personalized psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and person-centered plan for improvement of your mental health. Treatment may include psychiatric medication, laboratory diagnostics and general wellness tools and activities such as improving nutrient, physical activity and social connection.
How do I make an appointment?
Call or email to set up an in-person or virtual tele-health appointment using a HIPPA compliant video platform.
Do we accept insurance?
Yes. We do accept certain types of insurances. Please email christina@soulworkpyschiatry.com to see if you have an eligible plan. We also accept flexible spending and health savings cards, visa, Mastercard, American Express and discover. We are able to provide you with a receipt to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Submission of these forms is your responsibility and reimbursement amounts may vary based on the policy.
What to expect?
The first appointment is 1 hour in length. We will begin by getting to know each other and decide on a treatment plan and duration for you no make any necessary referrals. Follow up visits are 20 minutes for medication management and 45 minutes for psychotherapy with medication management.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations and re-scheduled appointments may be subject to the full appointment fee if not received at least 24-hours in advance. As a courtesy our office will send appointment reminders via text message or email. Fees will not be charged for any days your provider is not in the office or your local public schools are closed due to inclement weather. To cancel you may call 830.433.5113 (leave a voicemail or send a text-SMS rates may apply).
